Anyone use Youth Assistant software?
I just bought it earlier today, installed it, but it wouldnt open. restarted computer, all that jazz, nothing. uninstalled it to try and reinstall it, that didnt work. tried reinstalling it a third time, and now its not recognized on my computer as being a known product/verifiable source to install. any ideas?
(office computer is asus running windows 7)

I've been using The Youth Assistant and/or NSpire (their whole church application) since 1997, just like Dustin. I have had a GREAT experience with them. I know they're going through some structural changes there, but they are very helpful and will call you back with any tech support need you report to them. I haven't used the software on a Windows 7 machine, only XP and Vista machines. |

I have used YA since 1997. Good stuff. Don't hesitate to call tech support. I have found their tech people to be top notch and I would be curious how it turns out for you my friend. I train students and other adults to input data from students...it helps keep it up to date and you are not overwhelmed with all of the details...have fun, Dustin |
