If you have students who are capable of some material where you really got to pay attention and think, then I would recommend TrueU's series called "Does God Exist" and "Is the Bible Reliable." I basically studied the material and simplified it for a youth group series, and then with a group of more intense students we went through each segment as a small group. I think you will really like it. Another amazing apologetics series would be Dare2Share's Gospel Journey and Gospel Journey Maui. The original series breaks down the Gospel in a very engaging and easy to understand way. Maui takes frequently asked questions concerning the Christian faith and answers them. You got to check it out!

Off the top of my head I can't think of any apologetics resources for teenagers. One thing that we do, though, is show an apologetics clip each week. There is a guy on youtube called "The One Minute Apologist" and he has over 100 short clips on apologetics. This year we started showing one of them each week, whether it has to do with the message or not. There are some kids that really get into them and others don't. I like the fact that they are short and to the point. If kids have questions I can help flesh it out more after the service.
