Best church planting books?
I was put full time in order to start a Saturday service, which is an incredible blessing. They want me to launch it like a church plant...completely under my vision and leadership.
I just finished Launch: Starting a new church from scratch and it's a great book. Any other resources I should read that you would recommend?

I think Stetzer's book "Breaking the Missional Code" may be even better. I'd also look at "Emerging Worship" even though it's a little older (it's not connected to emergent theology, don't know if that matters to you or not). That book has some great questions you'll want to ask and answer before you move forward, and give you a great framework for what you're doing. |
