Where do you go to find good drama / skit materials? We're in the process of adding this element to our worship and are working to compile a list of resources...

For dramas I would recommend using YWAM's resources. You purchase the whole package coming with the background music, a dvd showing step by step what to do along with a book to help guide with motions. You will also get a props package of everything you need. |

First of all, thanks for asking the question because I personally LOVE drama/theatre. I had the opportunity to major in Theatre at Milligan College. ANYWAY... |

I have a drama dept and they write scripts and perform them in the service. Sometimes I involve everyone in skits. You could also check out skitguys on youtube. |

we let the kids pick a song or we pick a song...and we do our own thing...sometimes i go youtube and search the song...to see if it has been done...sometimes this gives you an idea...if not, just get creative and do your on interpretation... |

I'd add to the mix One Time Blind (onetimeblind.org). I like a lot of their stuff (though not all) and they sell their scripts. |

We get stuff from youtube.com and skitguys.com. Skit Guys have some great stuff. We also use stuff from the YS Ideas library. Also, tap into students that can write that stuff. |

we get a lot of our stuff from tangle.com and youtube there are tons of great skits for almost any song you would like to use and sometimes we just get creative and make up our own stuff for songs its a great way to fellowship just practicing |
