Female leaders counseling male students about sex
Is it ok for 2 female leaders to talk to a HS guy in the youth group about his sexual struggles?

In a larger group setting I think that a male student could learn from a female leader about sexual sin, just as a male leader could teach a female student. But in a one-on-one setting, especially when addressing a particular person's struggles, I think it would be best to stay same-gender. |

No! Completely inappropriate. Titus 2 (not to mention the possible temptations) makes it clear that he needs an older man to build into his life. Best option: get him to talk to his Dad. If Dad's not available, find an older, godly man who will build a relationship with him and teach him to "act like a man". There are also some great books you could put into his hands. |
