You can't argue anyone into becoming a Christian. You can't force them (1 Cor. 3 teaches that we can plant and water seeds, but God makes them grow), but as bdcurtis85 said, you can pray for them and live out a passionate, devoted Christian life in front of them. I'd also add that you can invite them to your church, youth group or other events such as a youth group outreach event, an after/before school Bible Study if one is available (if not, consider starting one), a Christian concert, or just to hang out somewhere with some of your Christian friends so they can get to know other Christians. Sometimes going to church or having a big theological discussion is kind of intimidating, but another type of event might be a lot less threatening.

without any kind of background info i'd say...pray, pray, pray, pray and live a passionately devoted life for Christ infront of them...share with them the amazing things God is doing in your own life and above all love them as surely as Christ does...remember you are to be faithful to God's call to share the message of hope and freedom and abundant life with them but it's is the Lord's work to transform the heart
