How do I make youth ministry fun and engaging for a tiny group of teenage girls?
My wife and I are the youth group leaders in our Lutheran church. Our youth group consists of about 7 kids but really only three come regularly. How can I make the ministry exciting and engaging enough that more kids will want to get involved? The youth group is currently just teenage girls from ages 13-15.

Focus on discipling the students that you have. Really pour into them, build strong relationships with them that point them to Jesus and help them to build strong relationships with each other. Make the youth group a place where they grow in their faith AND want to be and that will give them a reason to invite other people. |
