That's a tough one to navigate. Not because of the subject but because of the political correctness that plays out with it. One wrong word will get you labeled as a hateful bigot. I'd really think about what you feel like saying and then throw those ideas out and then figure out how Jesus might bring the subject up. I think it's important to let them know that it's no different than lying and they can control their urges if they choose to submit to God's better way. If they choose not to... you gotta love them through the whole process. Passionately encouraging them to deepen their faith journey while looking beyond their sin and into the souls of valuable people.

Gotta love em through this struggle. Here is a pretty good link. Be prepared though to receive lots of opposition. As you well know it is a polarizing subject that the church is divided on. "Speak the Truth in Love". Blessings.
