If you're looking to be able to say a "perfect prayer" with your mouth then you've interpreted Acts 2 completely wrong. When matching other scripture with your desire, it seems that you'll never be able to say "the perfect prayer" with your words. However, Romans 8 shows us that the Spirit himself "intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words." He also "intercedes for the saints according to the will of God" which we don't know. How are you expecting to align your prayer along with the will of God when you don't know and can't fathom it? I'm not trying to beat you up here but the perfect prayer will never leave your lips, however the Spirit perfects it before it reaches the Father every time. Study Rom 8, it should help.
