Just a commentary on the previous answer. Ray Boltz has now, after 30 years of marriage, come out of the closet as being gay and is serving in a "Gay church" (see link below). So, it could be a slippery slope to give a nod to this guy who is openly living in sin while at the same time trying to give your pastor a tribute. I would find a song that has the musical mood you want to carry (upbeat? contemplative?) and use that. The pictures and video will say all you want to say. I did one for my last pastor and used "Cry Out to Jesus" by Third Day because it was an emotional time for many in our church who were sad about losing our pastor and his family.

I've got a song suggestion, and it has great lyrics, but it's extremely dated, and falls into the same cheesyness factor as using "Friends are Friends Forever" by Michael W. Smith at a high school grad.
