I have a B.A. in Fine Arts/Theatre from Milligan College in Tennessee. Odd, I know. I began pursuing youth ministry at Cincinnati Bible College, but ran away in fear. I moved to Alaska where I thought I would be "safe" from full time ministry, but God does have a sense of humor. He opened the door (again, and again) to full time youth ministry. This time I said yes! |

my only degree was an a.a in AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION i was trying to get back to college to get a "real ministry" degree, but God threw me into full time ministry immediately and i didn't get a chance yet. my personal feeling is that (please don't anyone take this personal) those of us in ministry with fancy degrees tend to rely too highly on their own knowledge and seem to forget that ministry is a calling, not a degree. as for the time being, i think a degree might be usefull in the future, but have not felt led by the spirit to feel a need for it.i guess i'm foolish compared to others, but God's wisdom is made perfect in foolishness! |

My degree is accounting. I started my college career as a ym major but changed. I am trying to decide if I want to get an M. Div or some other youth related degree rather than bible related. |
