Ministry to non-churched kids and families
Does anyone know of resources/blogs, etc for ministering to non-churched kids and their families?
Context: we've got a ton of non-churched kids coming to our children's and youth ministry. Last night, we had our open house, had many kids, but hardly any parents. We deliberately chose NOT to pick kids up as usual in an effort to have parents bring their kids and check us out. So, all those kids simply missed out because their parents didn't come.
We had a fantastic conversation with those that were there, but how can we reach out to the ones who were not?

I don't know of any blogs or anything but I have had the make up of about 60%-70% unchurched kids. |
