Student Leadership Retreat
I'm wanting to take my Sr. High students on a leadership retreat. Does anyone have some ideas on some material to use (it will be a weekend retreat)? Also, any other ideas on how to make this retreat a success? Basically I'm wanting to use this retreat as a "launch pad" for creating a Student Leadership Team.

Our Student Leadership Retreat will be a series of diff events. We are doing some mission work on Sat morning, rock climbing in the afternoon, spending some time on Sat night look at Doug Fields "Help, I am Student Leader" and then on Sunday morning will go visit another church. |

You should check out LeaderTreks.com, it's a tool that I use for my student leaders that teaches them about the basics of leadership and how to apply that to their lives. |
