I actually just found that and listened to it yesterday. I found it very helpful and look forward to more of those panel discussions. I never knew they existed.

Did the "hypocritical" comment seem like a legitimate concern, or did it seem more like she was trying to find reasons to attack your policy? If it was the former, I don't know what to say because I've never encountered someone who felt that way before. If it was the latter then the discussion is getting away from the main point - namely that she feels hurt/upset by your policy. It seems like it's a big deal to her. Try to talk to her about why that is rather than arguing over the specifics of the rule. Try asking her what her idea is of modesty at the beach/pool and see if you can get at the real issue here.
