I'm a little unclear on the parameters of this. Do you have another space you meet as well? Is this with the group, or just you? That kind of thing.
But, I would probably use it as a neutral space to have students meet. I would try and plan it early enough that students could stick around after school if they wanted (or go get dinner then come back). Heck, maybe I'd make it a meal.
Maybe do an "outreach event" where friends are invited once a month. Use the other 3 weeks to meet for prayer at the school in preparation for the next event.

We have one morning a week where we take over the school.

WE offer a breakfast club for anyone to come. WE meet in the gym and have averaged anywhere from 170-240 students where we give away 17 doz donuts adn 5 gal of drink in less than 10 min and then we have a 10 min devotion with no rules to follow. We preach right out of the Bible, and speak/teach what we desire. The school runs around 800-900 or so.

We have seen salvations, and youth groups get some of the students to begin to attend.

I think the idea of serving the school is great. I know we went in a cleaned all the windows over spring break last year and the students loved it. But as far as games.

I would pick some students brains as well. Not knowing the facility is hard.

I think the critical thing is to find meeting space that fits your group. You prob don't have access to classrooms, but find a smaller space for your teaching times and take advantage of the big space for your game times. You don't want your group to feel swallowed by the big bldg, but you also don't want to play capture the flag every week because the bldg lends itself to it.

From what I understand, this is your church building, not just something your doing for Ha Ha's and after you go back to your "church building."

I worked at a church like that before and one piece of advice is if you feel like your group is being swallowed up in the big space, make it smaller. I know there isnt too much you can change, but dont meet in a room that looks to big. Dont play games that take up the entire space unless you need the entire space. Play games like mission impossible, sardines, etc. when you want to use the whole space, but when you want group time, make it cozy. And make smaller games take up less space, if that makes sense. Like playing hide and seek, dont make it take 20 minutes to find everyone

Use the gym for basketball or games. Try to do things to help out the teachers or school as a service project. You could try to use it as an alternative meeting place.
Our students weren't interested in using a school for worship or meeting place. The building usually isn't very versatile or changeable, so you are limited.
I am interested in seeing what ideas come out.
