A healthy ministry starts at the top and flows down. The top being the leadership.
True Biblical follower and depth in Jesus Christ and HIS word!
A heart that is TOTALLY focused on Christ.
Not just preaching HIS word, but LIVING HIS WORD!
A healthy ministry is all about us. We cannot teach/train anyone any further than we ourselves have grown.

Depth, Depth, Depth. To me healthy means nothing without depth.
- Depth of program: The program doesn't just consitute games but deepening relationships, deepening faith and understanding of scripture.
- Depth of involvement: Not only do students want to be there..but so do adults, younger youth, and outsiders.
- Depth of Faith: God does not become just head knowledge but heart knowledge. Students take faith from the learning environment and apply it to the world. The faith life isn't applicable only in the church but to their every actions.
- Longevity or depth of ministers: Their faith is evident... not only in words but also in action...which in turn inspires others to step boldly and broaden their net of people.

Not only can you, but I think it is essential that we define what a healthy ministry is. it seems to me that the bible does this for us in a few places probably the most clear is Acts 2:42-47.
-Devotion to the Apostles teaching (Bible)
-Fellowship (Biblical, not just hanging out, community)
-Sacraments (The Lords Supper & Baptism)
-Prayer
-Growth through evangelism
All of these things are found in this text as it describes the early church. This seems to be a positive description by Luke.

tough question.
Can you actually define what is healthy and what isn't healthy in terms of a ministry as a whole?
i think in the bible there are a ton of examples of congregations and gatherings of people that were deemed "unhealthy" even though they had stellar leaders.
I could go on and on about this, but I hope my point is made clear regardless.
In my opinion, what is important, above all else, is that Christ is glorified. If the leader or pastor does the best of their ability to let Christ rule... then i guess healthwise, there's nothing better...
good question!
