What is the most valuable way you can spend your time in youth ministry?
I've been thinking about this recently (even blogged about it last night). How would you answer that question?
The follow-up question then is this: How much time do you give to that task in comparison to all the other things in youth ministry?

Honestly ! Wow. Looks like everyone answering is fulltime youth pastors in a church. Much different in my ministry |

I set the middle school ministry up and every student knows exactly what needs to happen in our ministry to survive. |

I am going to give a very non spiritual answer, I say the most valuable way I can spend my time is to spend time with my youth. Because teens spell care, TIME. |

Hands down the most valuable thing you can do in ministry is develop disciples who make disciples! |
