Adding a midweek opportunity for in-depth Bible study might be an option for students who want to take it to the next level. We have considered an after school time for an in-depth small group, but I am not sure if kids have time for it. You might consider helping the ones who want deeper Bible study on Sunday evenings to take a larger role in serving or facilitating. This may keep them from getting frustrated with the other students.

NEVER enough time to get "it" all done. for us each evening has a different focus. I also try and spend times away from church to connect with students and continue that relationship.

We have a night of just games...
We have a night of 1/2 and 1/2 (games/Bible study)
We have a night of just bible study

You don't do it all in one day.... I think that moving your (entry Point) onto another night if you can would be a good start.... but then you need to figure out which one needs you the most... and give that your focus.. Like the other guy said... get a volunteer to help out in the areas that you can let go... YOU CANT DO IT ALL....

It's not so much how to fit it all in as it is to prioritize what you want to accomplish. Relevant Biblical depth is what I strive to accomplish. We don't dumb it down but teach at a level that raises students toward maturity in their faith and discipleship. You will end up ticking someone off when you choose a shallow path or a deeper path... I guess you have to ask yourself which group you prefer to disappoint. If you choose shallow, you loose kids who want depth to other ministries that will provide it and you are left with kids who want to be entertained more than grow in their faith. If you choose depth, you may loose a few kids who were there only for entertainment but you gain spiritual depth in the those who want to grow deep.

YOU don't do it all. Get some help. I think you have to decide if you want your group to be known for games or deep faith. We are struggling through this also and basically I told students we are about their faith first, games second. We will play games, we will have fun but my job is to help them grow in their faith and to be able to take that to their friends.
It is hard to balance and even harder to get the students to understand and once they do watch out.
We do the normal Sunday morning stuff (adult service, SS) and then Sunday night we have youth worship (2 services) and small groups during that time.
I have had to explain to parents and students that I am not a social director but a pastor, they are startig to get it.
