Its harder, but it sounds like he's up to the challenge :-) I also like http://www.amazon.com/Introduction-Philosophy- Perspective-Paul-Feinberg/dp/0801038189/ ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1291451172&sr=8-2, its more apologetic, but its also a very good read. I have enjoyed the second one more. It is more topical and does get into a good deal of philosophy and application in defending the christian faith.
