Who all is in their family?

Where are they graduating from and where are they going in the fall?

What is something they learned in youth group they hope to take with them?

What advice do they have for the younger students?

How can the congregation pray for them specifically as they go off to college/job/etc.

I would give them the questions in advance so they have a chance to think about them. You'll get better answers that way.

What we've geared our youth ministry around is "Penetrating our county, country, and world with the proclamation of the gospel." In that we preach and teach to make disciples and evangelize. So we'd probably ask where they were going to go to school. What they were going to study. And how they were going to penetrate their school, country, and world through where God has placed them. Of course I'd have to ask what the most meaningful things that they did as youth. What will they always remember. What struggles or growth they had with their parents maybe. Ask them to give advice to the others on how to penetrate the gospel in their schools. Maybe ask them a regret they have. That's probably the type of questions I'd ask ours in your shoes.

Not sure if that will work but all the info is that. It is a super great sermon for youth to think about what will my life look like in 10 years. I would ask...if it all ends today...what do you want to be remembered for and why? Who helped you get to this point in your life? How have you made a difference. Were you a Consumer or a Producer?
